MagBleach
Magnesium hydroxide suspension for pulping and bleaching
MagBleach is mainly used in bleaching and pulping.
MagBleach serves as the basic component of the cooking liquid in the cooking of sulfite and bisulfite. Compared with the known alkali products on the market, its low molecular weight helps to reduce the consumption of reagents per ton of pulp.
MagBleach is made of the highest-quality magnesite ore with low iron impurities. It is prepared from concentrated suspension or powder. The particle size of powder and suspension D50 is 5.5μm.

04It is harmless to the environment and human body.
Natural Magnesium Hydroxide alkali for pulp and paper
Applications
Pulp bleaching
MagBleach magnesium hydroxide is abrasived magnesite and can be used as an alkaline additive for pulp bleaching.
MagBleach is used as an alkaline reagent, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer and cellulose protector in the preparation of cellulose fiber by various chlorine-free bleaching methods.
It can be used for bleaching of mechanical pulp, hot grinding mechanical pulp, chemical hot grinding mechanical pulp and deinking waste pulp (DIP).
Expensive alkali can be replaced during de lignin and oxygen-alkali extraction (Eop, P, Ep, E) during the hydrogen peroxide bleaching stage; magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) can be 100% replaced in the oxygen de lignin process of cellulose.
Users can use the products we provide to add water to prepare their own diluted suspension.
